📝 docs(index): Add vision and mission statement for AI/ML SIG
The index page was scaffolded from the Fedora Marketing team template and still referenced Ambassadors, social media, and marketing campaigns. Replace it with actual AI/ML SIG content: a vision statement positioning Fedora as the premier open source AI/ML platform, a mission listing the six areas of work the SIG performs, audience guidance, related SIG links, and communication/meeting references. Also fix three incorrect attributes: the Discourse tag URL pointed to a page with the right tag but no set category, the Matrix channel was "#ai" instead of "#ai-ml", and the team summary was a placeholder. Closes: ai-ml/tickets#27 Assisted-by: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) Signed-off-by: Justin Wheeler <jwheel@redhat.com>

= Fedora AI/ML SIG
The team responsible for packaging AI/ML libraries and drivers in Fedora.
:description: {team_summary}
Open source AI and ML on Fedora, from packaging to production.
Welcome to the Fedora AI/ML Special Interest Group (SIG) documentation.
The {team_name} is a community of contributors working to make Fedora the best open source platform for artificial intelligence and machine learning.

== What we do

The short version:

[[vision]]

== Vision
Slightly longer version:
The {team_name} develops and executes marketing strategies to promote the usage and support of Fedora worldwide.
Through the development of processes and content, this project aims to support the efforts of other Fedora projects to spread Fedora and to provide a central repository of ideas and information that can be used to deliver Fedora to new audiences.
We work closely with the link:{url_wiki}/Ambassadors[Fedora Ambassadors] who spread the word about Fedora at events and allow the Fedora Project to interact directly with its existing and prospective users.
Fedora is the premier open source platform for AI/ML: the place where you can package, run, and build with AI tools using entirely free software, on your own hardware, with a community behind you.

=== How can I help?
Here are some of the aspects on which you can work by joining the {team_name}:
The {team_name} improves the state of AI/ML and the associated toolchains in Fedora.
We do this by:
* Promote Fedora to veteran Linux users;
* Promote Fedora to people who aren't familiar with Linux;
* Brainstorm ideas and create marketing strategies for our campaigns;
* Create artwork and videos for our social media posts and other campaigns, working closely to the Design Team;
* Manage our social media profiles and analyze their performance;
* Being our contact point for other teams' needs;
* *Packaging AI/ML libraries and drivers* for Fedora, including ROCm, PyTorch, llama-cpp, Ollama, and the HuggingFace ecosystem.
* *Enabling local AI inference* so that Fedora users can run large language models and other AI workloads on their own hardware.
* *Building an AI developer desktop* as a Fedora-based platform for people who work with AI tools every day.
* *Documenting how to use AI tools on Fedora*, from getting started guides to advanced GPU tuning and model configuration.
* *Creating AI-assisted workflows* that help Fedora contributors work more effectively, such as summarizing activity across upstream and downstream projects, triaging issues and tickets, and staying informed about changes across the ecosystem.
* *Welcoming new contributors* of all backgrounds, whether you are a packager, a user, a writer, or a community builder.
