Avoid accidental commits of working files from the docs builder script
when working on the repository. Mostly straightforward stuff here…

This commit starts a brand new git repository, using the Fedora Docs
template repository, for the Fedora AI/ML SIG. For now, the content is
mostly a placeholder. I worked on the content while I was offline on a
plane, so I was not able to verify information online while I was
working. However, we can lift the existing content on the Fedora Wiki
and start moving it into the Fedora Docs site as we go.
