The index page was scaffolded from the Fedora Marketing team template
and still referenced Ambassadors, social media, and marketing campaigns.
This commit replaces it with actual AI/ML SIG content: a vision
statement positioning Fedora as the premier open source AI/ML platform,
a mission listing the six areas of work the SIG performs, audience
guidance, related SIG links, and communication/meeting references.
Also fix three incorrect attributes: the Discourse tag URL pointed to a
page with the right tag but no set category, the Matrix channel was
"#ai" instead of "#ai-ml", and the team summary was a placeholder.

🚧 Address vision/mission feedback from @trix and @tflink@trix pointed out in ai-ml/docs#2 that the vision statement read as
Fedora-specific when it should also speak to the wider goal of AI being
free and open. Rewrote it to lead with that broader ambition, then
anchor in Fedora as where the SIG does the work.
@tflink proposed a full rewrite of the mission bullets: drop "and
drivers" from the packaging bullet (the SIG doesn't package drivers,
same correction as ai-ml/docs#1), generalize "Building an AI developer
desktop" to "Improving the desktop AI experience" since the AI Developer
Desktop / Project Resistor's home is still an open governance question,
and drop "Welcoming new contributors" as out of place in a mission list
since xref:get-involved.adoc already covers that path from the "Who
this site is for" section.

🚧 Address feedback from @tflink
This commit makes two changes, brought up by @tflink:
1. Slight wording change for the AI Desktop Tools part of the charter
2. Use the specific meeting occurrence link instead of the SIGs calendar
While working on this commit, I also reorganized some of the previous
commits to be a more comprehensive edit. For example, I edited the AI
Desktop Developer sections in other pages to be "Desktop AI Tools" and
deprecated the use of Project Resistor name. This technically should
have been done previously as part of addressing the previous round of
feedback, so I squashed those changes into the previous commit.
