Summary
I wish to have access to GPU01.
Background
I wish to experiment with newer AI GPUs, and in particular, the matrix cores that are on AMD GPUs. In the short term, I wish to develop small scale AI software, and release it under the Fedora Project. For right now, this software will be experimental, and will be written at my whims.
Details
Outcome
Small-scale experimental software is developed.
(note that I don't mind using the job submission system, however, I will be using the EGL/GL stack)
The machine's use I believe is for ci, not development.
Are there some package's you maintain that need ci and amd gpus ?
ex/ I have the ROCm stack in fedora and would like to see that in a ci so we can get some of that tested for Fedora 45.
No, not at the moment. I could probably build and test an example package, to test the CI (although it would probably be a bit useless, since this example software would be extremely small).
Do you want me to mail around, and spread awareness to other packagers that this system is here, so that you guys can better test this system?
I'm closing this issue, so that its done and over with.
