Overview statiscs are not updated #5

Here https://fedoraproject.org/PackageReviewStatus/ is number 229

Inconsistent state tickets (229) 	All review tickets which are in limbo.

But displaying the actual list https://fedoraproject.org/PackageReviewStatus/inconsistent.html shows only 2 tickets. I think the overview page is not updated.

Yes, the counter on the index page template links to the wrong variable, I have already fixed that in 309c7e8.
I've tried to push a new build in Openshift prod, but for some reason the builder didn't work. I've just managed to push a new build now, so the next run should show the correct number.

I'll keep this open for luck till that...
