System locale not taken into account by Plasma Login Manager #21

On a clean install of Fedora 44 (Asahi), plasma-login-manager does not honor the system locale. It's launched as a different user (plasmalogin) but it has a separate plasma locale rc file (don't remember the exact name) in /var/lib/plasmalogin/.config. Editing this file works around the issue.
Editing /etc/sysconfig/plasmalogin does not help.
