Describe the bug
The package list generated by comps-sync now includes gst-thumbnailers, which can be considered the successor to totem-video-thumbnailer.
However, totem-video-thumbnailer is still present in the manually maintained package list. As a result, both video thumbnailers are installed in the Silverblue image.
Reproduction steps

Expected behavior
Only one video thumbnailer should be included in the image, preferably gst-thumbnailers.
Actual behavior
Both gst-thumbnailers and totem-video-thumbnailer are installed in the system.
