Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
With dnf likely coming back to Atomic Desktops (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/DNFAndBootcInImageModeFedora), we can reconsider adding abrt as well to let user report crashes to Fedora.
I don't have the context behind why this was excluded beyond the dnf dependency. Maybe something around support for Flatpaks.

ABRT has been removed from Fedora Workstation as no one has stepped up to maintain it: workstation/tickets#503
So let's close this one for now.
