Clean up fedora-ci-admins membership #573

While working on docs, I noticed the membership of https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/fedora-ci-admins/ seems a bit messy. There are plenty of folks there who I think don't actually do admin on Fedora CI any more, including e.g. @tflink . Best security principles are to drop people from such groups who don't actively need the permissions.

Definitely a 👍from me, although we don't use that membership in anything significant these days other than forge here. Would be useful if we need to use it though.

Ah OK. I wasn't quite sure whether it was still used for Jenkins admin privileges, since the Jenkins instance isn't deployed through infra ansible I don't know where to look for how it's configured.
