Justin Wheeler a9e07b829b 📄 LICENSE: Add FPCA default license This commit adds the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license into the repository root directory. While this repository is implicitly licensed under the CC BY-SA 4.0 due to the Fedora Project Contributor Agreement, this commit makes the implicit license into an explicit one. It exists in the repository, and so it can be preserved even if moved to spaces outside of the Fedora contributor ecosystem.
