As discussed in the Council Hackfest last week

We should add to the Council charter “work together with the FPL to …” to emphasize that the Council is an active work body.
Ben: We should remove the first sentence under the elected reps because everything is under engineering or mindshare.
Sumantro: We should replace “he or she” with “they”
