📝 README: Post-event accuracy updates and new resources

Update the README to reflect the current post-event state of Flock 2026:

- Fix tense: "will be held" → "was held" (the event is complete)
- Mark the June 14-16: Event milestone as Closed
- Add photo gallery, survey archives, and AGENTS.md to "What lives here"
- Add post-event resources to "What lives elsewhere": the deployed photo
  gallery, community Google Photos album, and post-event survey link

These are factual corrections to keep the README accurate as the
repository transitions from active event planning to post-event
follow-up work.
