📝 scripts: Add Flock 2026 gallery deployment script for Fedora People
Add a simple SCP-based script to deploy the Flock 2026 photo gallery to
jflory7.fedorapeople.org. Automated deployment via cron was not possible
because PAM restricts crontab access on the fedorapeople.org server, so
this script provides a lightweight manual alternative.

The script resolves the gallery file relative to the repo root, ensures
the remote directory exists, and copies the file over SSH. The remote
user is configurable via `REMOTE_USER` for other contributors' accounts.
