Address feedback from @py0xc3 about G2Q02 ("Rate each type of session from 1-5"). The question previously forced all in-person attendees to rate every session type, including ones they did not attend (e.g., workshops, BoFs, social events). This created a false choice: either give a misleading rating or abandon the survey entirely. Making the question non-mandatory and adding help text ("Rate only the session types you attended. Leave blank any you did not attend.") allows respondents to skip session types they did not experience, improving data quality by eliminating forced ratings that do not reflect actual attendance.
