Summary
I am requesting explicit permission from the Fedora Council to use the official Fedora logo on vinyl stickers offered in our Slovak open-source web shop.
Background
My name is Lukáš Novakovský, founder of retroemu.sk, an independent Linux advocacy portal based in Slovakia. On our site, we publish articles about open-source software and operate a small web shop offering refurbished computers pre-installed with Linux. We are expanding our shop to offer community stickers for local Linux enthusiasts and hardware buyers. Exactly 50% of the net profit from every Fedora sticker sold will be donated back to the Fedora project via official donation channels, while the remaining 50% will help support our independent portal.
Details
Obtain explicit trademark approval from the Fedora Council to produce and sell Fedora logo stickers.
Produce high-quality vinyl stickers strictly following Fedora's official Brand Guidelines.
List the stickers on retroemu.sk with a clear disclaimer stating that retroemu.sk is an independent initiative and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Fedora or Red Hat.
Periodically transfer 50% of the net profit generated from Fedora sticker sales directly to the Fedora project via OpenCollective or the Council's preferred channel.
Summary
The expected outcome is bringing official Fedora branding to local Slovak users while creating a transparent revenue stream to support both the Fedora project and local open-source advocacy.
+1 for granting trademark approval of brand-compliant Fedora logo vinyl stickers sold by Retro Emu, a Slovak organization.

role/fpl, since historically the FPL has brought trademarks requests from community to Red Hat Legal for final review. Although we can always revisit if it should be some other way, or someone else. It is currently an undocumented responsibility, I believe.@retroemu wrote in #574 (comment):
The most important thing is that high-quality stickers are produced, which use the correct version of the logo, use the right CMYK colors, etc. We had issues in the past with unofficial stickers which did not follow the Fedora brand guidelines. So, as long as the printed stickers match what our outlined in the brand guidelines, no problems from my point-of-view.

Since we do not (yet) have a way to accept donations or royalties, I would (personally) prefer to see the other 50% go toward donations to the Software Freedom Conservancy, a US 501(c)3 charity. Perhaps you could even earmark the donations for right-to-repair issues, since this is a big current focus for SFC and also seems to align with Retro Emu's focus on resale of refurbished hardware.
