This commit updates our team documentation for how we conduct meetings.
Notably, the instructions for how to add an issue to the meeting agenda
now mentions GitLab milestones and the commands from IRC Meetbot are now
migrated to Matrix Meetbot.

together in our 2023-10-26 meeting. This better captures what is
expected of the Fedora DEI Advisor in the role.

📝 docs(roles): DEI Advisor. Change meeting requirements, budget duty.
The commit integrates feedback from @jonatoni and @rowright in Merge
Request fedora/dei/docs!5. Notably, two changes are made:
* Require attendance at one of two monthly meetings
* If unavailable, provide advance notice to team or Meeting Chair
* Remove mention of working with Community Architect to manage DEI
budget. Historically, the team had this funding because it paid for
Outreachy internships, which was headed (at the time) by the Diversity
Team.. Today, this money is centrally spent by the project each year.
I think if the DEI Team needs funding for project-specific work, we
should either work with the Mindshare Committee (i.e. for events) or
the Fedora Council (i.e. supporting DEI communities in Fedora).

This commit addresses more warnings and errors raised by Antora during
the site build process, as shown in the CI pipeline. Now, the references
to the DEI Advisor role page are made internally within our own docs. I
also removed the table-of-contents from the DEI Advisor role page due to
a conflict with the Fedora Docs theme which also shows a table-of-
contents in the sidebar navigation now.

This commit changes the language of "Fedora Women's Day" to "Fedora Week
of Diversity", as documented in Pagure issue #225.

This commit is a significant refresh of the Fedora DEI Team docs based
on our current best practices and team workflows, as described below:
Update attributes
=================
This was the largest change made to the docs. Our attributes file was
updated, in response to feedback that the links to our Fedora Discussion
pages were broken after the recent change from `#dei` to `#dei-team`.
There was not advance notice made to the team about this change, so the
links are now broken and need to be updated so people are directed to
the correct place for our discussions.
While doing that, I pulled the template file from the Engineering and
Mindshare docs maintained in the Council docs repository to use as a
model. I updated our platforms from the template and then used the
attributes as much as possible throughout our docs. There is more work
to do, but in the future, this will make metadata updates easier. There
will only be one place to update URLs should they ever change in the
future.

* Remove mention of podcast interview because the link is now offline.
* Change ticket tracker mentions from Pagure to GitLab.
* Drop mention of the mailing list and point to Fedora Discussion tag.
* Update information on where to find the team to just use Discourse and
Matrix; we should try to funnel people to the places where the team is
most active and connected to the rest of the Fedora community.
* Reframe the platforms on where to find us as "synchronous" and
"asynchronous" instead of using platform names.

* Used more `xref`'s to external team documentation where applicable
(e.g. Fedora Legal and Fedora Infrastructure).
* Update context of our communication platforms to not mention mailing
list or Telegram group as primary ways to engage with the team.
* Drop Pagure in favor of GitLab for ticket-based task tracker.
* Fix formatting and minor flow improvements for explaining how to
become a sponsored member of the DEI Team.
* Add social agreement and meeting format from the HackMD notepad.
Miscellaneous changes
=====================
* Per discussion with @mattdm and low-visibility users on Fedora
Discussion, stop using punctuation marks to distinguish acronyms. This
was originally done for the benefit of screen reader users, but this
guidance is now out-of-date with how most screen readers work, based
on community feedback.
* Change "Fedora Women's Day" to "Fedora Week of Diversity" where it was
not already changed.
* Stop using `:toc:` attribute in pages, since the Fedora Docs theme now
includes a table-of-contents in the sidebar by default.

This commit updates the Pagure README, Fedora documentation, and other
miscellaneous files in the repository to reflect our new team name. We
added "Equity" into the team name to better reflect the focus and
intended impact of our work. This was discussed in team meetings and
Pagure tickets before finalizing.

This commit fills in several commented out sections in this page doc, to
provide better documentation of what the Fedora D&I Advisor actually
does in the day-to-day. Specific changes outlined below:
* Add example tickets, blogs, and other content for responsibilities to
Fedora Council and Fedora D&I Team
* Add an explanation/note about specific examples of responsibilities to
the Fedora Community
* Add monitoring and/or responding to mail sent to the Diversity email
alias as a specific responsibility to the Fedora Community

This commit updates the documentation for who the current Fedora D&I
Council Advisor is. I was thinking to leave it blank, but since I know a
bit about Vipul, I put a placeholder introduction that he can then
follow up with any changes or modifications in a separate Pull Request.
