What do you need?

Hi Design folks, I'm the maintainer of the "fedora-logos" package, mostly for historical reasons.

The Fedora logo at the bottom of the GDM login screen appears blurry and pixelated whenever the greeter renders at fractional scaling, for example at 125%. Fractional scaling is the setting GNOME commonly selects by default on many displays since Fedora 41, so this affects the out-of-the-box login experience on typical hardware.

The root cause of this is that the /usr/share/pixmaps/fedora-gdm-logo.png is only 149×43 pixels, which is too small for the greeter to render it crisply at fractional scale.

The simplest fix is for fedora-logos to replace this PNG with a higher-resolution version of the Fedora logo (an SVG-derived render of at least 600 px width). Since this is an important and highly visible logo file for Fedora users, I'd like to ask the Design team to generate it for me, since this isn't really my area of expertise.

I've attached the current (149x43) version of this logo PNG.

@spot What you are looking for may already be in Fedora Forge. These are the SVGs I could look up quickly, and the context of this Fedora Linux package is an appropriate use of the logo.
