Carl George 8e959f2f08 Switch epel10.repo to use epel/10z ... The epel/10 symlink tracks the latest EPEL 10 minor version, which targets CentOS 10. The epel/10z symlink tracks the EPEL 10 minor version corresponding to RHEL 10. Since we're using RHEL 10 in the infrastructure, we need to use epel/10z to ensure compatibility.
