Add RPM Fusion setup steps before the vlc install command, with a note explaining why they're needed.
Also update revdate to reflect this review.

Validated procedure on a test machine. Identified a requirement to set SELinux fcontext, dealt with setting a valid buildid to identify your test kernel as distinct from any other kernel on the system. Improved outputs to use more recent kernel. And switched to describe using grubby to set default kernel etc, as this makes it easier to work remotely and also provides direct commands that a user can run to control kernels at boot time.
Sorry for the large number of changes, but I stepped through and tested all of this and several areas needed updating.

This commit addresses issue #209 to provide information on how to set kernel command line options for boot. At some stage, it might be useful to move this content into a 'Managing Kernels Using Grubby' topic(s), but for now this solves the issue that was filed and provides us with the content that we can use elsewhere at a later date.

fallback.efi was replaced with architecture-specific variants fbx64.efi and fbia32.efi. Since Fedora is a 64-bit platform, we can just substitute fallback.efi with fbx64.efi in this doc.

Fedora has already for a couple releases not included the required session file and GDM support for that, and support has since been discontinued upstream too.
