Server OS': make distinctions clearer, group them under a "server" category #41

Currently, the homepage and general distinction of Server, Cloud, CoreOS and IOT is extremely unclear.

Bundling them under a first "Server" Chapter could help, and then marking the really distinct differences, like the automated deployment with ignition, vs the manual one with Anaconda (coreOS, IOT) or using ostree vs not using it.
