Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The migration to Forgejo is a good opportunity to fix various messes in our repositories. Here's a checklist of things I want to see brought in line:
main(with the possible exception of the central repo) - see #37These requirements should also be documented in contributor docs so any new repos can follow the same guidelines going forward.
main#37mainClosing this now - some of the subtasks aren't finished, but they're tracked in their own issues. This one was originally opened in lieu of a project board since that functionality wasn't there back in March, but we don't have that problem now.
