Migrate old docs #41

There are still a bunch of documentation repositories that aren't being actively published, but contain potentially useful information that we might want to preserve. A bunch of them are in pagure, so we need to migrate them before that shuts down.

They shouldn't be migrated into the docs organization, but to the new docs-archive which is being created as part of forge/forge#535. Once that's done, the repos should go there and be immediately archived until someone wants to pick them back up and start publishing them again.

The repos are:

@jonashub It's probably easier for everyone if I finish this myself, I already got a workflow.

If you have time, you could open PRs for all the repo's READMEs, or help with wiki gardening in #43 :)
