Article: Contribute to Fedora Documentation

We are in the process to move the contribution guide part of the Docs Team documentation to a separate module. See ticket #55. So we need a new index page for this, which includes a generic introduction and the writing part of docs work as well as the design part (which is currently at "Contribute to keeping docs up and running" and beyond).
That affects the current Introduction text. It contains parts that in the current wording should be part of that new index page.
Probably it is the best option to split the current text.
The first 2 Sections and the title can become part of that new introductory / index page.
We may have to rename this article from "Contribute to Fedora Documentation" to something like "Contribute to documentation articles" (hopefully someone comes up with a better wording). It would start with the section "What skills do I need" which is specific for writing. And the rest of it is then perfect.
