In the latest mass rebuild cycle, python-fastpurge was identified as both failing to build from source and failing to install.

The package wasn't building because it failed trying to install python-more-executors which is another package that was orphaned. I took it as a maintainer and had trouble to unretire it so opened an issue 137 in releng
