prepare-bodhi-repos.yml should be updating the major-only compose symlinks.

/mnt/koji/compose/updates/epel10 -> epel10.3
/mnt/koji/compose/updates/epel10-testing -> epel10.3-testing
[prepare-bodhi-repos.yml](https://forge.fedoraproject.org/infra/ansible/src/branch/main/playbooks/manual/epel-minor-release/prepare-bodhi-repos.yml) should be updating the major-only compose symlinks. ``` /mnt/koji/compose/updates/epel10 -> epel10.3 /mnt/koji/compose/updates/epel10-testing -> epel10.3-testing ```
