Story
As a developer implementing the “Private Issues” feature,
I want to introduce myself upstream, establish requirements, objectives, etc.,
so I can confidently work on the feature.
Background
There have been a couple of attempts regarding this feature in the past. In their context, some guidance was given how this feature can be implemented in a way acceptable upstream. The different parties who asked for such a feature also have different ideas about the scope of the feature, some crossed into introducing discussions as an alternative to issues – which is not what we aim for. This needs to be communicated, but we also don’t want to do things that would conflict with such endeavors by others.
