Zabbix proxy and agents deployed in the openshfit staging cluster, configured to talk back to zabbix server in staging. This should enable us to query things more easilly inside Openshift including the forgejo runner VM etc.

Met with Greg and showed the zabbix proxy, with worker agents installed in the staging openshfit, will look at getting the agents enrolled via this proxy with the main staging zabbix server. Will have to break this out into a spike.

We can deploy templates via infra ansible onto the zabbix server, and have it roll it out to the likes of the forgejo runnerhost vms via the zabbix proxy running inside openshift.

Metrics endpoint enabled on staging forgejo server. Need to look at oauth-proxy to secure the endpoint for external viewing, and internally accessible to zabbix.

Finally in a position to start putting some templates in place to monitor the forgejo instance itself, including the service metrics. Will create a few tickets to track this work as dependencies of this epic. cc @amedvede
