I would like to request the creation of a new organization and associated
teams in Fedora Forge.

New Organization Details:

Desired Organization Name (Short Name): science

Full Name of Organization: Fedora Science

Description of Organization's Purpose: The purpose of the Fedora Science is to maintain and promote the packages used in the scientific community.

Website URL (Optional): N/A

Avatar/Logo (Optional): N/A (use regular Fedora logo icon)

Fedora Accounts Group for Organization Owners: forge-science-owners

Pinging @ankursinha and @rathann for review.

New Team Details (within 'miracle' organization):

Team 1: Fedora Science members

Target Organization Name: science

Team Name: members

Description of Team's Purpose: All members

Desired Permission Level in Forgejo: Write

Just noticed: scitech_sig is the packaging group in FAS---do we want this to be mapped to it? Then only package maintainers will be able to be added to the forgejo team, I think?

Ah right, well, it should be fine either way, it's just a question of which one to use for the longterm. There is some more setup in scitech_sig afaics.

@ryanlerch, could you please create one forge-science-owners FAS group with @orion, @rathann and @rdieter as both members and sponsors? Also, please create one forge-science-members FAS group with the aforementioned folks as sponsors, but the members from https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/scitech/ as the members over there. I will let you decide whether to proceed with the synchronisation route, but for now, I have merged the associated Ansible changes infra/ansible#3233.
