Setting Fedmsg hook? #428

Updating translations-scripts README for the Pagure to Forge migration, there are instructions to set a hook for Fedmsg. In Pagure.io it is straightforward, but I don't see an "hook" option. I also don't know it if required. I haven't found an answer in the Fedora Forge docs.

Is setting Fedmsg required in Fedora Forge as well? if yes where should it be set?

I am a little unfamilar with your workflow here, but are you looking to have the translation-scripts send messages to the Fedora Messaging bus? (so you can consume them elsewhere and do other fun stuff?)

If so, you are looking at setting up webhook2fedora messaging -- https://webhook.fedoraproject.org/forgejo

We should make sure that this is in the forge docs too i suppose :)

Since I am looking for stuff to work on, I can take the work of adding this to the docs, I suppose.

@ryanlerch TBH, I'm not sure what for. I was just working on updating instructions in translation-scripts' README and it mentions to enable fedmsg under Settings > Hooks in Pagure. So I was under if this is required in Forge and - if yes - what is the correct setting in Forge.
