Story

As a privileged contributor in a project on Forgejo,
I want to be able to list and read private issues,
so I can plug security holes.

Related (API): #419

Acceptance Criteria

  • A “Private Issues” tab exists which lists private issues in a repository.
  • Clicking on an entry in that list opens a page displaying the issue.
