Personal Data Request Form

This system allows you to make requests regarding your personal data in Fedora infrastructure. file a ticket using the form on ForgeFiler.

Personal data requests require some processing time. All tickets become private by default. You will receive a receipt to your email address verifying the request. After the request is processed, you will receive another email that (1) confirms the request was processed, and (2) if applicable, includes a link or attachment to details.

If you encounter any technical issues with this system, please file a ticket in the Fedora infrastructure team issue queue.

Note that personal data requests are subject to some limitations. For details on these limitations as well as how your personal data is used and processed in Fedora, refer to the Fedora privacy statement.
