fix: fix the wrong link in Fedora Server Edition Basic Administration Guide

This PR solves https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/docs-fp-o/issue/188 .
Earlier, clicking on the System Administration Guide, redirected the user to the Docs main page. Instead of that, we want to redirect the user to the System Administration Guide (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f35/system-administrators-guide/ ).
I'm new to Pagure and the Fedora ecosystem, I'm an Outreachy applicant and if this PR isn't correct, please help me improve it.
