Kevin Fenzi 247089339a greenwave: use hummingbird memcached container 
This was not specifying a registry, so it was using docker.io.
docker.io restricts pulls a lot, so when restarting often times
it would just get stuck in imagepullbackoff

Just switch to the nice new hummingbird version.
