Description of request

We got an alert from both the iDRAC and Zabbix about a failed disk on bvmhost-x86-02.

I'd start the process to replace it myself but I won't be around much next week to move it along, so if someone else could push it, that would be super ;)

I've filed a ticket with dell on this. Hopefully they just send us a replacement disk.

The replacement arrived and DC ops swapped it in and I added it to the array.
