Description of request

We moved these two machines from rdu2-cc (where they were using onboard 1gb nics) to rdu3 (where we want to use 10G nics)

However, the network cards don't seem to work.
We did move a known working card into each one and that card worked fine, so it seems to be a problem with these cards.

We need to engage warentee support and try and get the cards fixed or replaced.

I filed a support ticket on this (these are covered under a 3rd party extended warentee). Will see what becomes of it.

Replacement cards have already arrived at the datacenter. Filed internal ticket to get them swapped in.

01 is up with a new card.

02 has a new card but no link. I filed a networking ticket to sort out the switch config for it.

ok, got 02 working and ansiblized. :)
