Description of request

We are provisioning a new environment for Fedora Developer Community just like the earlier one (https://konflux.fedoraproject.org). We need to reserve/register another domain name for the new environment konflux-ci.fedoraproject.org, this will also require an SSL Certificate and a Certificate Key.

Please feel free to ask for more information as needed.

Related: #12274

The existing konflux.fedoraproject.org is a dns CNAME pointing to a cluster, and ssl certs are managed on the cluster end.

Is that acceptable for this one too? if so, we need to know what to point it at. :)
