heavybuilder request for ROCm packages #13253

Description of request

ROCm packages are described here https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/HC#AMD's_ROCm
Building some ROCm packages exceed the limits of the standard builder.
rccl uses more than 32G of ram and fails to build, see this bz with referenced upstream issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2435056
composable_kernel build times out with even a single gpu build here https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/rocm-packagers-sig/RH/build/10201618/

Could these two packages use heavy builders ?

These two packages ( rccl and composable_kernel ) are x86_64 only? Are there any plans for them to build on other arches, or they likely will be x86_64 for now?

The copr request will need to be made at: https://github.com/fedora-copr/copr/issues
I know they do have some means to allow larger builders for some projects.

the discussion of using larger builders in COPR has come up before but it was never finished. we'll follow up with them separately since they're somewhat separate from infra AFAIK

This should be in place now. Let us know if it doesn't work as expected.
