Description of request

vmhost-x86-copr04 keeps rebooting.
The logs show:

The OCP PG voltage is within range. 	Sat Apr 18 2026 01:05:56
The OCP PG voltage is outside of range. 	Sat Apr 18 2026 01:05:41

So the OCP PG votage goes out of range, it clears and it reboots.

Someone needs to contact dell and see if they can fix it.

Didn't noticed this ticket today and went to restart it. I will power it off if that happens again and add the information to zabbix alert.

Hardware fault has been identified and we'll be getting the machine unracked for replacement parts to be fitted.

Hardware was replaced and the host appears to be back up. Will leave til Monday to check its stable

Still seems up after 2-3 days, which is far better than it was managing before. Closing as fixed.
