Description of request
Fedora 42 goes eol next week.
We have a few f42 instances left, so we should upgrade or otherwise move them (to f44 probibly).
These are:
@fche can you handle debuginfod?
@adamwill looks like openqa is already done, but not updated in ansible?
@abompard can you handle ipatura01 ?
I update openQA instances to the latest release shortly after release, always. I do this live rather than by re-deploying, so it doesn't get reflected, I guess.
They have been on F43 since shortly after it came out, I'll bump staging to F44 soon, then prod if staging is OK.
Right. If you do that can you also update ansible... that would be useful for tracking things like this, but also if we had to reinstall them it would be nice if it actually reinstalled the formerly running version. :)
true! fixed
certgetter01 done.
ipsilon01.stg reinstalled.
wiki01.stg.rdu3 done, and seemed easy this time? :-o
Can't believe 8 hours old me was so positive: infra/tickets/issues/13338
Ah, we were all young and naive once!
Did oci-registry01.stg.rdu3.fedoraproject.org
oci-candidate-registry01.rdu3.fedoraproject.org done.
oci-registry01/02 done.
debuginfod01/01.stg are done by @fche now.
@kevin I have now fixed the mediawiki theme, pushed a new release of it, built the infra RPM, and it is running on staging:
Did not tag it into prod yet, as it is still running f42 i think.
Should be fine to tag in... and we will migrate prod to it next week during the updates/reboots outage.
Thanks!
This is now all done.
