Description of request
We should move:
https://pagure.io/cloud-image-uploader
https://pagure.io/elections/
https://pagure.io/fedora-packages-static
https://pagure.io/fedocal
all over to forge.fedoraproject.org/apps
and this also means urls/changes in ansible to deploy from those places.
Wait, what? why is cloud-image-uploader in apps? Nobody who works on it is part of that group.
It should be part of cloud, not apps.
I can see it fine in either place. It is an application, that repo is for deploying it in our infra.
But sure, it's a cloud thing too, so if there's some reason to be there that could be fine also.
I just want it off pagure.io.
I would defer to @jcline on this since he's done 99% of the work on it.
IMO apps is a slightly better fit; yes, it does push images to clouds, but it also handles containers thanks to adamw. I'm happy to be the "cloud representative" in apps. In a past life I was in that group and I don't remember if I ever officially left, but they're good people and I'm sure they would take me back.
These are all migrated now, and the old pagure repos have been closed off.
See the updates in #13369 (comment) for all the details
@jcline wrote in #13369 (comment):
Honestly, I'd rather it not be there. It is a Fedora Cloud project, and it falls under our team. Fedora Cloud is not part of Fedora Infra, and that project mostly exists for us in Fedora Cloud.
