Description of request

Please move apps/cloud-image-uploader to cloud/cloud-image-uploader. Zero of the developers and maintainers are part of the apps organization, and this is a Fedora Cloud project, not a Fedora Apps team project.

Well, @jcline has made the vast majority of commits here, which is why I was deferring to him and he said apps was fine.

Second is @adamwill and then a small smattering of others.

I suppose @jcline is in the cloud sig, but anyone we want could be in the apps org too.

I think @ryanlerch said it's easy to move things? I don't know what that process is thought...

I've always sort of thought of it as a releng/apps-ish thing, since it's quite tied to the releng process and it replaced bits that lived in releng-y places. But I don't really have a strong opinion.

I am in the apps org now and I'm struggling to see why it matters, particularly when it's not just cloud things.

That being said, it's not a hill I care to die on so if you'd prefer to disregard my opinion on the original ticket, I'm not going to argue further. I would recommend, however, ensuring there's an active admin in the Cloud org as it has a number of outstanding repositories that need to be migrated (the docs, for example) which still hasn't happened.

Yeah, this is a point worth remembering. The name is something of a misnomer at this point; we'd rename it if it wasn't too much of a pain. It's also the container image uploader.

Yes, but the container images are owned by Fedora Cloud. We took ownership of them back in Fedora 40.
