Description of request

I'd like to request resources for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/SCA_Tools. Thank you for your help!

An sca-tools-sig group. This group should be synced to distgit and require packager membership as a prerequisite. @gotmax23 should be a sponsor.
A private mailing list for Bugzilla bugs
#sca-tools-sig:fedoraproject.org room with @gotmax23:fedora.im as an admin. Zodbot should be invited to the room as well.

Here is what I did:

Created https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/sca-tools-sig/ in FAS with @gotmax23 as sponsor
Created https://src.fedoraproject.org/group/sca-tools-sig with @gotmax23 as owner
Created the private mailing list for bugzilla sca-tools-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org
@gotmax23 You need to create sca-tools-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org bugzilla account. The creation email will go to the list and can be read in moderation by the submitter to finish the account creation.

I will leave the matrix room and adding zodbot to it to somebody else, who has the permissions to do that.

I am trying to get the Bugzilla account creation link, but I don't see the message show up in the held messages queue (or anywhere else).

I registered an account for the mailing list address and see

Red Hat Bugzilla – Request for new user account 'sca-tools-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org' submitted

A confirmation email has been sent containing a link to continue creating an account. The link will expire if an account is not created within 3 days.

but never get anything. I tried this the other day and again today. Adding bugzilla@redhat.com to the Hold these non-members list in mailman did not make a difference.
