Description of request

I am already a FAS admin in production, but I do not have admin access in staging. I would like to be added to the group of FAS admins in staging. The scenario which prompted this was that @hricky and I were looking at some big changes to the Fedora Docs container publishing pipeline in Forgejo, and he wanted to use the Forgejo staging site for testing them. However, he is not a member of the docs group in staging, even though he is in the production site.

I'd like to have staging admin so I could help facilitate FAS-related changes for people who also need changes made in staging. Since I already have this access for production, it seems trivial to also do it for staging.
