Description of request

I am attempting to upload a subset of Flock 2026 video recordings which were not captured by our professional AV team into my fedorapeople.org space. However, I think I am hitting a disk space quota for what I can share on my site:

I was able to upload one 856MB video file, but I am unable to upload this 1.6GB file upload successfully to my fedorapeople.org space.

While I do not intend to normally share very large assets, I use my fedorapeople.org as a file share server to upload files instead of committing them to git repositories. Because of my role with Flock 2026 and a large number of very large video assets which I cannot rely on sharing exclusively in Google Drive, I would like to ask for a disk space quota increase for my fedorapeople.org web server.

100GB would be ideal, 50GB is acceptable. I may wish to distribute some RAG-trained AI models at some point from fedorapeople.org, but I am not yet sure about this part.

Note that fedorapeople doesn't have infinite space:

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vg_vm-srv 1.2T 572G 601G 49% /home

Also, it is backed up, so backups will take time/bw...

Anyhow, how about 50G for now and we can revisit if you need more?

@kevin 50GB works for now. I will only have a few Flock videos to upload, and ideally, I will work with someone later to get them on YouTube and PeerTube.

Thanks for processing this! I am putting the Fedora Docs BoF recording up there now for the Fedora Docs Team folks to consume while the full edited videos come out on YouTube.
