Description of request

As part of fmt/spdlog upgrade/side-tag rebuild, I've attempted to rebuild vtk as one of the depending packages on fmt. This is being tracked in #13141

The problem is that we have a limited amount of s390x builders and when a large pile of builds that take a long time happen at once, all the rest just have to wait for those to finish.

I've repurposed one additional builder now, and it seems to be working through the backlog...

There's a number of efforts ongoing to try and fix the issue, but none of them have landed yet.
