Description of request

Splitting off of the epic in #12712

I would like to do some misc hosts. These are kind of all over the map in function and setup and aren't a clear category. Hopefully most can be done without outages or limited outages.

There was an issue on bastion02 caused by wrong permissions on /etc/opendkim/keys/ folder, which prevented sending e-mails. It's now fixed.

noc02 is now retired/removed.
noc01 is done

I have scheduled an outage next thursday and will try and do bastion01, log01, qvmhost-x86-01

people01 is going to be... hard. We don't have enough storage at ibiblio to make a new one and migrate to it.
We may need to hold off on it until next year when we replace ibiblio05.

I still need to do:

torrent01.fedoraproject.org (barely might be able to do it with the space there, might also need to wait like people01)
storinator01.rdu3.fedoraproject.org
