Description of request

I noticed that Noggin shows there are no members in the council group. I was able to add a member in the Noggin interface (i.e., @shaunm as a new member), but it has no effect on the Noggin profile page for the group. However, when I logged into the FreeIPA backend, I could confirm that there were direct members in this group. It is unclear why the group members show up as empty in Noggin when they do exist in FreeIPA.

Some detailed investigation is needed here. 🔍
