Description of request

Please add the vtk package to the heavybuilder channel in koji. It's rebuilt infrequently (once per month in rawhide/branched and once per 3-6 months in stable), but requires bootstrapping when doing FFmpeg ABI bumps, for example. Builds on s390x take about 33 hours in the default channel and 5-8h on other arches.

@orion could you chime in here, too?
