  2. split out to a "verify your setup page" and the existing page
  3. verify page needs to have instructions for placing calls from various softphone--include a screen shot of dialing from twinkle

I made one last change to remove the "still being designed" from the top of the page, and add a short paragraph and link at the bottom in order to get more help via IRC.
