v7 wiki changes don't seem to generate any notification and I haven't figured out where or what setting would change that.

= background analysis =
It looks like either a setting, configuration or plug-in is required to enable this feature.

= implementation recommendation =
Can someone let me know where to configure this so I might receive these notifications and inform others who may want the same?
